Our pharmacy teams are here to help you, and we ask that you help us by treating our colleagues with kindness and respect.

Pharmacies are often busy places, with our teams supporting patients and customers with prescriptions, medicines, advice and a wide range of NHS and pharmacy services.

At busy times, you may have to wait a little longer than usual. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but our teams are working as quickly as they can while making sure that every patient receives the care and attention they need.

Please remember that there is a person behind the counter doing their best to help you.

Our pharmacy teams have an important responsibility to make sure medicines are supplied safely and that patients receive the right advice and care. Sometimes this means that a prescription or service may take a little longer to complete.

A little patience and understanding can make a big difference to our colleagues, particularly during busy periods.
